• How can I get a quote?

  You may use our order form, which automatically displays the total project cost and approximate estimated delivery time-frame depending on the order options you select. However, some projects could contain custom requirements, and you may need consultation before ordering. In this case, please use the methods listed on our contact page to get a free quote.

• What payment methods do you support?

  We support Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also submit your payment using your PayPal account.
  Bank wire payments are also available upon a client's request for former customers.

• What currency do you work with?

  All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. You can view pricing on our pricing page or order form.

• What is your support policy?

  We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our work. In case we have missed something, just let us know and we will fix it for free, even months later.

• Can you sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement?

  We guarantee that information about you, your company and your project (including any technical details and project files) will never be made public. You can familiarize yourself with our NDA here below. However, if you need to have your NDA signed, please send us your NDA document(s). We will review it and let you know whether we can sign it and proceed.

• How can I contact you?

  The most efficient way to discuss your project is to use the client area. Alternatively you may use the contact methods listed on our contact page or email us at support@htmlin.com.

• What if I want to make changes to my completed project?

  No problem. Please contact your project manager to discuss the list of changes you would like to be made.

• How can I get a discount?

  We offer a 50% discount on each inner HTML page. All existing customers automatically receive a 10% discount on all of their subsequent orders.

• What is the best way to send project / design notes?

  Please use the client area to send any notes or questions related to your project. This area is used to track all the project information / files and makes communication process more convenient for you and the development team.

Technical Questions

• Can I supply non-layered design files?

  Yes, we can work with non-layered design files, however, depending on the specifics of your designs it could be hard to slice some parts of the page (for example, if you have a photo with a text on it). Project managers and developers will review all your designs in detail before starting the development process. If we face any problems with the designs, we would surely contact you for clarification.

• What browsers do you support?

  We support all major browsers, such as MS Internet Explorer 9+, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. Before delivering the final version of the code to you, our QA engineers test your markup / website in all those browsers to make sure the code we provide is cross-browser compliant.

• What JavaScript frameworks do you work with?

  We specialize and can do any type of development using jQuery, jQuery UI, jQuery Mobile, Angular JS and Sencha JavaScript frameworks.

• What if I want to use a specific JavaScript framework not listed on your website?

  We cannot know this beforehand. Please contact us and give the details of your project to get a qualified answer.

• Do you support old versions of browsers such as MS Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8?

  Yes, we can provide backwards compatibility of your markup with old versions of MS Internet Explorer. However, please note that if you required HTML 5 / CSS 3 effects, then most of them could not be repeated for IE 6, 7, 8 without making your code redundant. We will make sure that you know what elements can be implemented with backwards compatibility and which not.

• What if my designs contain flattened text layers?

  Please let us know the size and font family of such layers and we will use "Lorem Ipsum" text as placeholder.

• What operating systems do you use to test markup?

  We test our markup in both MS Windows and MacOS operating systems.

• How do you proceed with non-standard fonts?

  If such font is available in Google Fonts, we will use their CDN; otherwise, and if you provide TTF font files, we will generate EOT/WOFF/SVG files and use them via @font-face CSS property. Please note that some fonts require specific licensing. In this case, a client is fully responsible for complying with the end-user license agreement.

• What is the minimal screen resolution you test for?

  We test our HTML / CSS markup on devices with the minimum screen resolution of 320 pixels.

• What screen resolutions are supported by default for responsive markup?

  Desktops — 1024 pixels width or wider, tablets — 768 pixels, smartphones — 480 pixels. If you need any other screen resolutions including retina support, an additional fee may be charged.

• Do you support LESS or SASS?

  Yes, we support both technologies. If you would like any of them to be used in your project, please specify this in your order details.

• What PHP frameworks do you work with?

  We specialize in Zend, Yii, Symphony PHP frameworks. We also develop web apps using core PHP.

• Do you offer design work?

  Yes, we provide professional web design and logo design services. We strictly follow our NDA policy and use only in-house designers. Please contact us to get a free quote on your design project.

• I already have the markup done, can you use it for CMS implementation?

  Yes, this is not a problem. However, to achieve the best possible result it is always better to do the markup and CMS / eCommerce implementation from scratch. Please contact us to show us your existing code for our developers to review its quality first. Only then we will be able to tell you exactly if it would be reasonable to use the code in your project or not.

• Will you help with installation of CMS / eCommerce website on my server?

  Yes, we provide installation service of your theme / website on your server free of charge.
